Our Mission

At Rethink Abuse, we’re here to challenge outdated views and change how people and organisations understand and respond to abuse. Through specialist training, we give professionals the tools and confidence to recognise risk and respond safely with empathy and care.

 

We also deliver trauma-informed workshops for individuals and groups, creating safe spaces to explore healthy relationships and recovery. These workshops support individuals and young people to recognise the signs of abusive behaviours and understand what a safe, respectful relationship looks like. 

 

We offer 1.1 domestic abuse support with a qualified female or male  (IDVA), support can be accessed privately or through employers.
