Ed is a Qualified Trainer a SafeLives qualified IDVA and Respect trained Domestic Abuse Practitioner, bringing over 16 years of frontline expertise in both victim support services and perpetrator intervention, giving him insight into perpetrators and the consequences of their abuse.

Deeply committed to supporting victims and survivors, Ed is also a leading specialist that works directly with male and female perpetrators. His evidence based approach helps professionals understand complex behaviours, assess risk accurately, and manage challenging dynamics with confidence.

Ed’s training is practice informed, trauma aware, and shaped by years of direct work with individuals affected by and responsible for domestic abuse. His sessions equip professionals to spot patterns, strengthen safeguarding, and improve outcomes.

With a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences, extensive clinical insight, and a proven track record in the risk assessment, of victims and perpetrators, Ed bridges the gap between academic theory and frontline practice. His delivery is always engaging, reflective, and tailored to the clients needs.
